We have two words to describe the newly shared photos of Princess Anne: absolutely stunning.
A slideshow filled with photos taken at the Off the Streets event was posted on the royal family’s Instagram account last week. (FYI, the London-based charity is dedicated to eradicating knife crime in local communities.) In one snap (see here), the 73-year-old royal is smiling as she looks off into the distance.
For the occasion, the Princess Royal wore a bright red lip and gold stud earrings. In the next slide (see photo below), Anne’s outfit is on full display. While talking to a staff member about the emergency bleed control kit, the mother of two is seen wearing a dark blue plaid jacket, a brown pleated skirt, brown gloves and a chestnut-colored handbag.
In the caption of the post, the royal family shared more info about Off the Streets, revealing that the charity was launched back in August 2021 after the tragic death of 16-year-old Dylan Holliday, who lost his life to knife violence.
It continued, “Since its formation, the group has placed 203 Bleed Kits (medical kits specifically designed to treat stab wounds) across Northamptonshire, with 4 already being used to save lives in emergency situations.”
At one point during the event, Princess Anne personally handed out certificates to the participants who completed the critical bleed control training courses. She also met with volunteers and supporters of the charity.
This is certainly not the first striking portrait the royal family has posted of Princess Anne on social media. In honor of the royal’s 73rd birthday, King Charles shared a series of photos of him and his little sister.
One photo was taken on the day of the monarch’s coronation ceremony, and it showed the brother-sister duo sharing a laugh while standing inside Buckingham Palace in their royal attire. The caption read: “Wishing Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal a very Happy Birthday today!”
